New JIP33 specification published: S-701 AC Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) (IEC 62040-3) V2.0

JIP33 has published the S-701 AC Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) (IEC 62040-3) V2.0 specification.

The purpose of the IOGP S-701 specification documents is to define a minimum common set of requirements for the procurement of AC uninterruptible power systems (UPSs) in accordance with IEC 62040-3, Edition 3.0, 2021-04, uninterruptible power systems (UPS) – Part 3: Method of specifying the performance and test requirements, for application in the petroleum and natural gas industries.

The previous version of the S-701 AC Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) (IEC 62040-3) V1.0 can be found in the JIP33 Archives within the IOGP Library along with any other archived specifications.

About JIP33

The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) started Joint Industry Programme (JIP)33 in 2016.  Its aim is to develop standardized specifications that enable the industry supply chain to become better, cheaper and faster.
