IOGP-JIP33 User Questionnaire on PDS use and improvement
IOGP-JIP33 believes that the supplier’s, EPC’s and operators perspective adds significant value to the process and aims of JIP33, and would like to invite you to provide your input for the task force on the use of the JIP33 procurement data sheet. If you are willing to contribute beyond completion of this questionnaire, please respond “yes” to question 4.
Note: This questionnaire is intended for both technical and procurement practitioners.

The survey will take approximately 10-20 mins to complete. You may need to research internally within your organisation to provide some of the answers. Please note that MS forms does not allow you to save your progress in the interim.
