| 1 | During pressure testing a company submitted their Valve Test report Type 3.1 Certificate which included Pressure, Test Duration, Test Medium & Result Detail). A query was raised by Third Party Inspectors / Customer Nominated TPIs on (QSL-1, 2 ,3 Valves) which must be submitted as a separate chart record used for pressure tests for Review as per the Table J.4 Are pressure test records in the form of charts mandatory (including pressure, test duration, test medium and acceptance criteria)?  | The mandatory requirement is that OEM must provide a copy of the pressure test report and the chart. The pressure tests report will contain all the information as listed, (i.e., Pressure, Test Duration, Test Medium & Result Detail), and the chart will only have the pressure vs time on it. |
