JIP33 has published the S-741D-DC UPS and Associated Batteries (NEMA PE5). specification.
The purpose of this procurement data sheet is to define buyer specific requirements for the procurement of DC UPS and associated batteries in accordance with the following standards, for application in the petroleum and natural gas industries.
JIP33 standardized specifications normally follows a common structure, comprising of four documents, however this is a Procurement Data Sheet only.
About JIP33
The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) started Joint Industry Programme (JIP)33 in 2016. Its aim is to develop standardized specifications that enable the industry supply chain to become better, cheaper and faster.
More than 45 specifications have now been published to date and are already delivering benefits for users worldwide, with another 15 specifications currently in development.
