New JIP33 specification published: S-616 Line Pipe – Version 2.0
JIP33 has published the S-616 Line Pipe – Version 2.0 specification.
The purpose of this specification is to define a minimum common set of requirements for the procurement of line pipe in accordance with API Specification 5L, 46th Edition, April 2018, including Errata 1, May 2018 and ISO 3183, 4th Edition, 2019 for application in the petroleum and natural gas industries.
About JIP33
The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) started Joint Industry Programme (JIP)33 in 2016. Its aim is to develop standardized specifications that enable the industry supply chain to become better, cheaper and faster.
